People Need to feel Appreciated

Celebrated our maid’s birthday last week and it came as a surprise for her, bought a gift for her too… i can see the joy in her eyes, and as you know, we have not been having a smooth time working together but i pray that from now on, we’ll live ‘peaceably’

I guess people do need to feel appreciated and we’ve decided to ‘close one eye’ at times, hopefully she will stay this way and not push the limits again. So far everything is alright, so keeping our fingers crossed..
