There will be a new EC near our place, Esparina. We have been looking around for EC but none are quite what we wanted and seemed like Esparina fit the bill! It’s near our current place, very accessible to get around, and it’s an EC! Heard that it will be launched in October and we have asked YuLing, our agent :) to Q for us! We are so interested in it and hopefully we can get it and move in within 2-3 years?! Pray pray!
