Eye infection

Yesterday was quite a tough day for us, quite a scare too! When we woke jayden up from his nap, he couldn't open his left eye! It was already sore in the morning but we didn't think it was serious since he gets sore eyes pretty often. We thank God that it swell up so that we can take actions immediately! We brought him to the GP hoping to get some eye drops but the doc said he noticed something white and referred us to KK. We immediately drove there and again, we thank God that He prompted me to question why KK and not other hospital? We went to MT A since we kinda gave up on KK, and the doc said he has to get an eye specialist down for his case. So we waited for the eye gut to came. Verdict was, there's some opacity noticed on his cornea, had we delayed treatment, it could spread to the entire cornea which will eventually lead to loss of eye sight! I was worried sick by then!! Jayden was still hopping around, singing songs! Doc said it will be very painful but thank God baby was strong and brave! He's on antibiotics and had to put eye drops every 3 hourly. Will see the specialist again tomorrow. This ordeal yesterday costs $400!! Ew... But ofcourse we rather want his eye sight! Praying that the review tomorrow will go well
