Love at First Sight

Everything was too sudden, even dear and I were much taken aback! We merely talked about shifting, and didnt even start looking for suitable units and YuLing called and told us she has 2 EAs on hand. This is the first unit we went and we fell in love with it! Today we’ll be going down for 2nd viewing and if everything falls through, we’ll be the owner of this flat in like half a year??!

We like the size of it, very spacious! It’s much much bigger than our current flat, it’s a 3+1, and they converted the study area into dining area, very nice!

This is the kitchen, with a pretty spacious utility room, bikey and betty will be very happY!

Balcony! We’ll propbably put some ‘fake grass’ in it, make it a cosy coffee area!

The boys love it so much, cos i guess they can run around so freely! Well, let’s see how things progress from here :)
