Forgive me, but it certainly dont feel like it’s been a year since we last hike?! Gosh… here we are ‘again’ at Bukit Timah hill..da man feels like doing some hiking today :) and the Ergo Carrier certainly did a great job! I carried Jayson without much effort throughout, it’s as if he’s a ‘moving’ haversack…
This is a year back… cant really see much difference except JAYSON!
Da babe was busy looking around and it much have been an interesting event for him, anyway, it’s his first :) Thank God the weather was still bearable! We were telling the boys how daddy and mummy used to hike in Malaysia, the entire day just walking without stopping… Jayvier went like “Until you saw a red light?!” Ew… red light in the moutain?!
Jayden darling did exceptionally well! He didnt whine or complain, kept his spirits high, truly a great encouragement for the ‘slacking’ brother…who’s whining way behind.. :)
Meanwhile da littlest babe is still peering over my shoulders..
Picking up some leaves along the way seemed to help Vier lift up his spirits! He is more willing to ‘forge’ forward, in hope to find ‘bigger’ leaves! But remember that nothing is to be taken out of the nature reserve, as told by the ranger.. so you’ll have to drop them at the entrance when you’re done with them ;P
Really steep…not for the faint hearted..
They did great!!! Just kept walking and rediscovering nature!
We certainly should come here more often.. it’s a great way to keep FIT & let the kids enjoy nature at it’s best! And because we need to ‘help’ one another along the way, it’s a great way to BOND!
The path Jayden chose “Keruing Path”, lots of steps down, down, down..
Keep walking….
Jayden fell…ouch… pretty painful i guess..even up till now as i blog, he’s still whining over it..oops..
Nice shot… oh, all shots taken by my faithful iphone :)
Up at the gallery area, some history of Bukit Timah hill..
And not forgetting the ‘residents’ of the hill! They are EVERYWHERE! :)
